For this 100hr Training, Jyanti will be teaching asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation techniques.
Jeanie Jyanti combines her love of science and factual based research with the ancient practices of yoga and meditation to allow students discover the joys of yoga in their own time and space.
She has studied and trained under the joyous Yogrishi Vishvketu of Akhanda Yoga in Rishikesh, India to gain her RYT500 and with the sublime Sally Parkes Yoga to gain her RPYT85 Pregnancy, Post-natal and Mother and Baby Yoga qualification.
